Fasting is Upavasa in Sanskrit. Fast eating is different . If you read books , some words are short but enough . Some are articulate and you can call it a book or a scripture. And that's important . You may have a vacation from fasting but without it your human vehicle yur body is at risk. Why ? Its like you are not taking a bath internally.
